We make short-form and brand videos for our own channels and for clients. We're looking for a fresher who lives and breathes editing. You'll cut reels, ads, explainers and social clips, and grow fast with real projects from day one.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form video for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and ads: cuts, pacing, captions, transitions and sound.
- Turn raw footage and screen recordings into clean, on-brand explainers and promos.
- Add motion graphics, lower-thirds and simple animation to lift a plain clip.
- Colour-correct, mix audio and export in the right format for each platform.
- Take feedback well and ship revisions quickly.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio or reel. Even student, personal or practice projects count.
- Hands-on with at least one editor: Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects.
- A real sense of timing, rhythm and what makes a clip hold attention.
- Basic motion graphics and captioning skills.
- Organised with files, reliable with deadlines, and eager to learn.
Nice to have
- After Effects motion graphics.
- Sound design and music selection.
- Thumbnail or basic graphic design.
- You already post your own content.
